My passion for Real Estate began shortly after I acquired my first investment property in 2007. Since then, Real Estate has been an important sector in my life. Helping my clients achieve their real estate goals motivates me to work harder every day.
My background in Civil Engineering and construction (active Professional Engineer in Texas) provides me excellent skills from developing problem-solving, understanding budgets, and negotiating with contractors and vendors through working as a professional civil engineer in small and large projects.
With over 15 years of successful experience as a Civil Engineer and a real estate agent, I understand the business and I know how to properly guide and advice clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
